Play It Safe Investing in Your Company
Friday, January 27th, 2012
Investing in the company that you work for is a very common thing in today’s market. Most companies pay their employees bonuses and retirement funds in company stock. Additionally, many employers offer employee stock purchase programs that allow employees to purchase stock at a reduced rate than the general public. A fine line must be walked by those who are privy to information about the company that could affect the value of the stock. If you are a manager in a department that is the first to know about a hot new product that is sure to revolutionize the healthcare industry, you should think twice before you call your investment broker and order him to buy up everything he can. If you do this you might as well hire yourself a securities fraud attorney right away because insider trading is highly against the law. It is also against the law to make claims that will drive up the price of the stock even if they are untrue.

Payday Loans Provide You with Money in No Time
Tuesday, January 17th, 2012
There are various benefits of payday loans but the main reason why people cannot take their hands off these loans is that these loans are given in no time. In the history of loan business there hasn’t been a loan for which the borrower can apply without having several meetings with the lending company. Also previously it was essential for the borrower to let the lender know the reason of taking the loan and then he was bound to use that money according to the reason provided by the borrower but payday loans have changed the entire concept of loans as in order to take these loan you don’t have to meet the lender nor you have to wait for a very long time to get the money transferred in your account and also the borrower is not required to provide the lender with the reason as to why he is taking the loan.

He Has Been Involved in Buying and Selling Silver Coins
Tuesday, January 10th, 2012
There is a little man in our neighborhood that seems a little creepy to many people, but to me he is so interesting. He has been involved in buying and selling silver coins for as long as I can remember. He is just like everyone else in the neighborhood and I think that is what scares people. But, I do not see a reason to be scared of a little old man who still plays with coins. So, when he put an advertisement up at the local grocery store for a part time housekeeper, I applied.
I think the only reason I got the job was because I was the only one that applied to the job. No one else, because they were either frightened or just creeped out by him. The job was fine for me, all morning hours and light duty cleaning. Basic dusting and cleaning is all he needed.

Boxing Day Shopping Spree
Sunday, January 1st, 2012
This years Boxing Day sales were crazy and just reaffirmed to me the reason why next year, I shall do ALL of my Christmas shopping after Christmas. The pre-Christmas mark ups are insane and these are only really highlighted after Christmas when product prices reach a sensible level. This year I went out on Boxing Day and bought a years worth of toiletries from Boots who always start their best sale of the year on Boxing day where they offer 50% off loads of beauty gift sets and fragrances. There are also huge deals available from other massive UK retailers online. I spent the majority of my money on technology items though as these fluctuate in price throughout the year, whereas I made a few purchases on my Vanquis credit card on boxing day knowing that I got these items at the best possible price. Although I know the true savvy shoppers wait until the last week of January I thought to be sensible I’d get in there early.

Wednesday, December 28th, 2011
The filing of a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is a means to a fresh start for you as an individual or even as a company.

If you are riddled with debt, it only makes sense then, to pay off as many of your creditors are possible and this is one way to do it.
It is also important and worthwhile to note that your income should not be more than what is called the “median” for your state, otherwise a Bankruptcy Means test will be required. This test will assess whether or not you can pay your debts by looking at them from a six month period..
Filing chapter 7 bankruptcy need not be intimidating so go ahead and get some legal advice to see if you should be considering it.

Review of the Auto Enrolment Legislation
Tuesday, December 13th, 2011
The government has introduced new legislation which is aimed to help the average worker who does not have access to a retirement program with their employer. The auto enrolment program requires all workers to contribute 4% of their earnings into the National Employment Savings Trust. At the same time the employers are required to contribute 3% of whatever their workers earn and put into these special accounts. The government will also be offering 1% tax relief to participants. With these new rules a person can invest the money to help secure their retirement. To make the savings process more appealing the government has created a tax sheltered account. There are no taxes to pay with this account until the money is withdrawn at retirement time. With all the benefits of this new program individuals should reach out to a professional retirement consultant in order to fully understand how they can benefit from this program.
